Whether you’ve been part of the B Corridor from the start or are just curious about what we do, we’d love to see you at our Annual General Meeting.
Date: Wednesday, 28th October, 7pm
Venue: St Benildus Parish Centre, Newtown
Refreshments will be served. All are very welcome.
What’s on the night
Have your say on biodiversity in our community. We’ll share the draft recommendations for the Community Biodiversity Action Plan for the B Corridor, and we want to hear what you think. Your local knowledge and ideas will help shape the plan.
Meet Waterford City & County Council’s new Biodiversity Officer. Enya Cody will be with us on the night, so it’s a great chance to say hello and hear about biodiversity work across the city and county.
Look back, and look ahead. We’ll report on the actions the B Corridor took last year and share our plans for the year ahead.
Vote for the 2026/2027 Committee. The AGM is when the committee that guides our work is elected. If you’ve ever thought about getting more involved, this is the moment.
Watch a short film on biodiversity actions that are working in Ireland. Expect practical inspiration and proof that local action makes a real difference for nature.
Enjoy refreshments with your neighbours. The B Corridor is about people as much as pollinators, so stay for a cup of tea and a chat with others along the corridor.
Why come?
The B Corridor only works because of the community around it. Residents, schools, groups and volunteers all play a part in making space for nature in our neighbourhoods. The AGM is your chance to see what we’ve achieved together, influence what comes next, and meet the people behind it.
No experience or expert knowledge is needed. Just bring your interest and your neighbours.
We look forward to seeing you there!
